Wedding Checklist from Hotel

1) Three Months before your Wedding
- Collection of your wedding cards from the Hotel for printing

2) Two Months before your Wedding
- Arrange for food tasting

3) One Month before your Wedding
- Distribution of wedding invitations
- Review final details of the wedding banquet with Events Manager (E.g Wedding Decorations, set-up etc…)
- Confirm menu and special dietary (E.g Vegetarian / Muslim)
- To provide estimated number of attendance & seating layout
- During RSVP, advise guest who drive to park their car at the Green Zone of the basement carpark

4) Seven Days before your Wedding
- Finalise attendance & seating plan

5) One Day before… Relax & have a Good Rest for the BIG occasion

6) Actual Day
- Collection of car park coupons & guest book
- Briefing with Operations Manager & Technician
- To confirm order of service & evening program
- To confirm choice of music for evening
